Privacy Policy

What we store

Inbox Pet stores only the minimum needed to power your pet:

• Your Front teammate ID, name, email, and timezone.
• Event metadata from Front webhook rules you configure: event type (e.g. "message_sent"), conversation ID, and timestamp.
• Derived data: daily points, streaks, unlocked pets and accessories.

What we do NOT store

• Message subjects, bodies, attachments, or recipients.
• Any content from emails sent or received outside Front.
• Any Front data outside the scope of the rule you configure.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Data is stored on our backend (Supabase, EU/US regions) and accessible only to Inbox Pet.

Deletion

Open the sidebar settings and tap "Delete my account". This permanently removes your user record, events, scores, streaks, and pet collection. There is no recovery.
